Client Responsibilities

4.2. The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to SwayEcom do not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
4.3. The client shall promptly review and provide feedback on any deliverables or drafts provided by SwayEcom within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Payment

Limitation of Liability

Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate the agreement or contract for services at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Termination shall not relieve the client’s obligation to pay any fees or expenses incurred prior to termination.
8.2. SwayEcom may suspend or terminate services immediately, without prior notice, if the client breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any unlawful or unethical activities.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Australia.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Australia.
Amendments
